This Online Help System Design class is almost identical to a graduate level course that I took at a well-known university in Boston.
I’d also like to say that yours is a well-designed course that exhibits some of the best examples of instructional design that I have seen. I’m looking forward to seeing how I do with the assignments.
Susan is fantastic and “super” understanding. The course is useful and practical. Excellent course.
